8 Best Courier Services in Pakistan Ranked & Compared (2026)

8 Best Courier Services in Pakistan: Ranked & Compared (2026)

Among courier services in Pakistan, no single shipping company is the best choice for every parcel. The right one depends on what is being sent and where it is going. For urgent documents between cities, Leopards Courier (LCS) and M&P both list overnight services on their official websites. For online sellers, Leopards, M&P, PostEx and blueEX all run cash on delivery (COD) accounts, and PostEx advertises upfront payments to sellers. For same-day delivery inside Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad, blueEX states a 3-hour turnaround. For a government option with its own tracking, there is Pakistan Post.

This guide compares eight best courier services in Pakistan on the same criteria: the services each company lists, COD for sellers, same-day or overnight options, international shipping, how tracking works and the helpline published on its own website. It does not rank couriers by speed or price, because none of them publishes delivery-time data that can be compared, and the private couriers checked quote prices through online calculators rather than a fixed rate list.

Each cell below repeats what the courier’s own website said on the day of checking. Coverage figures are the companies’ own claims and were not independently verified. “Not stated” means the official pages checked did not mention it, not that the service does not exist.

Which courier suits which job

Urgent documents and parcels between cities

Leopards sells Overnight Express and M&P sells Overnight, Same Day and Second Day services, so both have a product built for speed. Neither homepage publishes a booking cut-off time, and an overnight parcel booked late in the day may leave the next day. Ask the branch for its cut-off before handing over anything time-critical. The full list of Leopards options is on the Leopards Courier services page.

Online sellers shipping cash on delivery

Leopards, M&P, PostEx and blueEX all offer COD accounts. The headline service is similar, so the useful differences are in the terms: how often COD money is paid out, what a returned parcel costs, and how good the seller portal is. PostEx markets upfront payments but does not state a timeframe on its homepage. blueEX publishes an “average return ratio” of 10%, which is the company’s own figure and was not independently checked. Get the payout cycle and return charges in writing before signing up. The Leopards side is covered in Leopards cash on delivery and the COD payment cycle.

Same-day delivery inside a big city

blueEX is the only courier checked that names its same-day cities (Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad) and a turnaround (3 hours). PostEx and M&P list same-day services without naming cities on the pages checked, and Leopards mentions same-day deliveries on its homepage. A seller in Lahore sending to a buyer in the same city has the most choice; a same-day parcel from Lahore to Multan is a different product and should be confirmed with the courier first.

Sending abroad

Leopards lists several international services, including Express Plus, Express, Economy and a Student Express option, and runs a separate international rate calculator. M&P claims 200+ international delivery destinations, and blueEX lists international shipping and international COD. TCS’s international services could not be confirmed from its own site. Customs rules and document checks matter more than the courier’s name here; the Leopards international shipping guide explains how that process works.

Smaller towns and Azad Kashmir

Coverage claims on homepages do not show whether a particular town is served this week. On 20 October 2026, blueEX’s COD page asked merchants not to send orders to a list of locations “till further notice”, including Mirpur Azad Kashmir, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Kotli, Rawalakot and Bhimber. Before booking to a small town, check the destination in the courier’s rate calculator or ask the branch. Pakistan Post, with its own post office network, is the usual fallback when private couriers do not reach an address.

How to compare courier prices fairly

Courier prices in Pakistan change with the route, weight, service and fuel costs, which is why the private couriers checked point to calculators instead of a printed list. To compare two couriers, enter the same origin city, destination city, weight and service type into each calculator and compare the total, not the base charge.

Leopards’ rate calculator shows this split clearly: it reports S-C (service charges), F-C (fuel charges) and T-A (total amount) separately. A quote that looks cheaper on service charges can end up higher once fuel charges are added. The calculator does not mention GST, so ask whether tax is included when the booking is made. More on how Leopards builds its prices is in the guide to Leopards Courier rates and charges per kg.

What could not be confirmed

Three couriers gave very little on their own websites. TCS’s site renders only in a JavaScript browser, so its services and helpline number are left out of this page rather than copied from third-party sites. Rider’s homepage lists live tracking but no public tracking form, helpline or rates. Trax now redirects to SLGTrax, whose homepage did not show parcel services or a tracking page. This page will be updated when those details can be checked on official sources.

Checks before booking any courier

  • Confirm the destination town is served, especially outside major cities.
  • Compare total quotes for the same route, weight and service, including fuel charges.
  • Keep the booking receipt and the tracking (CN) number before leaving the counter.
  • For COD accounts, get the payout cycle and return charges in writing.

Once a parcel is booked, the Pakistan courier tracking guide lists the official tracking page for each courier. For TCS consignments, TCS Track is a separate independent tracker.

Frequently asked questions

Which courier service is best in Pakistan?

It depends on the parcel. Leopards and M&P list overnight services for urgent intercity parcels, blueEX names same-day cities, PostEx focuses on COD payouts for online stores, and Pakistan Post is the government option. Compare the services in the table against what is being sent.

Which courier is cheapest in Pakistan?

There is no fixed answer, because prices depend on route, weight and service, and the private couriers checked quote through online calculators. Enter the same details into each calculator and compare the total amount, including fuel charges.

What are the main courier companies in Pakistan?

Widely used names include Leopards Courier (LCS), TCS, M&P, PostEx (formerly Call Courier), blueEX, Rider, Trax and Pakistan Post. No official market-share figures were found, so this page does not rank them by size.

Is LCS Tracking part of Leopards Courier?

No. LCS Tracking is an independent website and is not run by Leopards Courier Services. More is on the about LCS Tracking page. For bookings, claims and account questions, use the Leopards Courier helpline.
