Daraz order tracking in five steps
- Log in to the Daraz app or daraz.pk with the account you ordered from.
- Open your orders from your account menu.
- Pick the order. If one order was split into several packages, each package has its own status.
- Read the latest status on the order details page, and copy the tracking code shown there.
- Get more detail by pasting the code into Daraz’s track orders page or the courier’s own tracker.
Menu names in the Daraz app change from time to time. The order details page is where the tracking code lives, whatever the menus are called.
Which Courier Delivers your Daraz Order
Daraz runs its own delivery arm, Daraz Express, and also hands orders to outside couriers. A SAMAA TV report on Daraz’s logistics network named TCS and Leopards among those partners. The courier for your package is usually shown in the order details, and that decides where else you can track it.

Tracking a Daraz parcel that Leopards is delivering
Searches such as “pk lcs tracking daraz” suggest Daraz sometimes shows Leopards codes with a prefix in front of the courier’s own number. If the Leopards tracker doesn’t accept the full code, try the part after the prefix, exactly as written. The CN number guide lists the copying mistakes that cause “no record found” results.

Product problems go to Daraz, not the courier. Leopards’ FAQ says it’s responsible for delivering the parcel, not for the quality of the goods inside, and it doesn’t handle returns or exchanges. Daraz’s contact page offers chat and doesn’t list a phone number.

How do I know which courier has my Daraz parcel?
Check the order details page. It normally names the delivery partner next to the tracking code.
Can LCS Tracking track a Daraz Express parcel?
No. LCS Tracking reads Leopards CN numbers only. Track Daraz Express parcels in the Daraz app.
