LCS vs M&P Express: which courier to use

Leopards Courier (LCS) and M&P Express Logistics both deliver nationwide and both run COD services for online sellers. The clearest differences come from their own websites: M&P sells same-day delivery inside Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, while Leopards doesn’t list a domestic same-day service; and Leopards publishes a weekly COD payout for Retail COD sellers, while M&P only calls its COD payback “quick”. Rates: using the M&P and Leopards calculators

M&P puts a cost calculator on each service page, priced by service and weight or size category. Leopards has one rate calculator for all domestic services, showing service charges, fuel charges and the total. Price the same route, weight and speed on both.

Small parcels: Leopards Economy charges at least 5 kg, so its Overnight or Leopards Box options may work out cheaper. The Leopards courier rates guide explains the weight rules.

COD for online sellers

Both couriers offer corporate and retail COD. Leopards’ Retail COD needs a CNIC copy, a cheque and a bank IBAN, has no minimum volume, and pays out weekly. M&P says COD registration is “immediate and hassle-free” with no minimum shipment quantity, and runs a separate COD portal, but doesn’t publish its payment schedule. A judgement based on the published services, not a ranking:
