Who we are
This policy covers lcstracking.com (“LCS Tracking”, “we”, “us”), an independent Leopards Courier tracking website operated from Pakistan. We are not Leopards Courier Services (Pvt.) Ltd. When you contact Leopards or use their website, their own privacy policy applies, not this one.
What we collect

We don’t ask for your name, phone number, address, CNIC or payment details anywhere on the site, and we don’t run user accounts.
How CN numbers are handled
When you press Track, our server sends the CN to Leopards Courier’s public tracking service and shows you what comes back. A tracking result can include delivery details such as the destination city, status, dates and sometimes the name of the person who received the parcel. That information comes from Leopards, is shown to you on screen, and is not stored by us as a record about you.
We don’t build a history of the CNs you look up, link them to your identity, or sell them.
Separately, your own browser saves your last five CNs so you can re-check them quickly. This is kept in your browser’s local storage on your device, not on our server, and you can remove it by clearing site data for lcstracking.com. Our cookies policy lists it with everything else stored in your browser.
Google ads and analytics
We may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Google AdSense to show ads that pay for running the site. When either is active, Google sets its own cookies and receives information such as your IP address, device and the pages you view, under Google’s privacy policy.
Google and its partners may use advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can control this:
- Turn off personalised ads in Google’s My Ad Center.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from many ad companies at aboutads.info.
- Stop Google Analytics in your browser with Google’s opt-out add-on.
Google explains what it does with data from sites like this one in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. If you opt out of personalised ads, you’ll still see ads, but they won’t be based on your browsing.
Who we share data with
- Leopards Courier receives the CN numbers you track, because that’s how the result is fetched.
- Our web hosting provider stores the site and its server logs.
- Google receives the data described above when analytics or ads are active.
- Authorities, if Pakistani law requires us to hand over information.
We don’t sell or rent personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
CN lookups are processed to show your result and are not kept as a record about you. Server logs are kept by our host on its normal rotation schedule. Emails are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your message, then deleted. Google keeps analytics and advertising data under its own retention settings.
Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS, so what you type travels encrypted between your browser and our server. Because we don’t collect accounts, passwords or payment details, there’s very little personal data here to protect in the first place. No website is perfectly secure, though, so please don’t send sensitive documents to us by email.
Children
LCS Tracking is a general-audience tool and isn’t aimed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has emailed us personal details, tell us and we’ll delete them.
Your choices and rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. In practice this is usually limited to emails you’ve sent.
- Clear your saved CNs and any cookies by clearing site data for lcstracking.com in your browser.
- Block cookies in your browser. The tracking tool still works without them.
- Opt out of personalised ads and analytics using the links in the Google section above.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles information, for example by switching analytics provider or adding a new feature, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
