How to file a Leopards Courier complaint (number, email and online form)

The Leopards courier complaint number is the same as the helpline: 021 111 300 786. For a written record, use Leopards’ online complaint form or email customerservice@leopardscourier.com. Act quickly if a parcel is lost or damaged: Leopards’ FAQ says loss and damage claims must be lodged within 10 days of the incident, all claims must be in writing within 30 days of booking, and claims are settled after a 45-day investigation.

  • the CN number, booking date, origin and destination cities
  • weight, number of pieces and a description of the contents
  • sender and receiver names, phone numbers and addresses
  • photos of any damage, including the outer packaging, taken before you throw anything away
  • proof of value, such as an invoice or order receipt, for a claim

How to file a LCS complaint online, step by step

  1. Open the form on pk.leopardscourier.com. It’s the Contact Us link in the site footer.
  2. Enter the parcel details: CN, origin, booking date, weight, pieces and contents.
  3. Add the people: shipper’s and consignee’s names, phone numbers, addresses and destination city, then your own name and number as the complainant.
  4. Classify it: choose Complaint, Request or Claims, a priority (Low, Medium, High or Critical), the service you used and the issue type.
  5. Explain and submit. Describe what happened with dates, submit, then screenshot the confirmation.

No reply time is published. If nothing comes back within a few working days, follow up on the UAN or WhatsApp and quote your CN.

Late, lost or damaged: what to do in each case

Late parcel

Check the delivery promise first. Overnight Express promises the next working day, and Economy promises 2 to 3 days. If it’s past that, call with the CN. If the status hasn’t changed at all, read Leopards tracking not updating.

Marked delivered but not received

Ask for the proof of delivery (POD). Leopards’ FAQ says LCS customer service can provide it on the UAN when it isn’t shown online. Parcels can be handed to a family member, colleague or neighbour, so check with them before filing.

Lost parcel

File a written claim through the form (issue nature: Claims) or by email, with proof of value. Don’t wait past 10 days from the date it should have arrived, and never past 30 days from booking.

Damaged parcel

Photograph the parcel and contents straight away, then file within 10 days. Leopards’ FAQ says it doesn’t accept responsibility, claims or insurance for fragile goods, so claims for breakable items are unlikely to succeed. Pack fragile items properly and label them.

Insurance makes a difference

Shipments aren’t insured unless the shipper asks for it at booking. When the shipper does ask, Leopards’ FAQ says “we insure the consignment at 5% of the total value”. The FAQ doesn’t spell out whether that is the cost or the cover, so ask at the counter before you book. For international parcels, uninsured losses are capped at US$100 or the airway bill value, whichever is lower.

Online orders: complain to the right party

Leopards handles delivery, not the product. Its FAQ says it isn’t responsible for the quality of the goods and doesn’t handle returns or exchanges. Take a wrong item, a fake product or a refund to the seller or the marketplace.

Daraz buyers can use the Daraz order tracking guide to see who to contact.
