What is LCS tracking?
LCS tracking is the easiest way to check where your Leopards Courier Services parcel is. Every parcel Leopards books gets its own CN (consignment) number. Type that number into the box above and you’ll see:
- The current status of your parcel, such as booked, in transit, out for delivery or delivered
- The origin and destination city
- The booking date and the latest update
- The full tracking history, step by step
It works for any Leopards shipment: orders from Daraz sellers and online stores, COD parcels, documents and overnight deliveries.
How to track your Leopards parcel in 3 easy steps
Tracking takes less than a minute. All you need is your CN number.
Find your CN number
Look on your booking slip, the SMS from Leopards, or the order page of the store you bought from.
Enter it in the box above
Type or paste the CN and press Track. You can check up to 5 parcels at once.
See your parcel’s status
Your current status, route and full tracking history appear right below the box.
Where to find your Leopards tracking number
Your CN number (also called the consignment number or air waybill number) is the code Leopards uses to trace your parcel. Its length can differ between services, so copy it exactly as it’s printed. You’ll usually find it in one of these places:
Booking slip
The receipt you get at the Leopards Express Center, printed near the barcode.
SMS from Leopards
A text message is usually sent once the parcel is booked.
Online order page
Check the order details or shipping email from Daraz sellers, Shopify stores and Facebook or Instagram shops.
Parcel label
The sticker on the package carries the CN under its barcode.
Can’t track by name or phone number: Leopards tracking works with the CN only. If you don’t have it, ask the seller or sender, or call the helpline with the sender’s name, city and booking date.
LCS tracking status meanings
Not sure what your tracking status means? Here’s a simple explanation of each stage and what you should do. The exact wording can change a little, but most updates fit one of these.
Booked
Leopards has accepted your parcel and created the CN. Nothing to do yet; the next update appears after the first scan.
Picked up / At origin
The parcel is at the Leopards facility in the sender’s city, waiting to be sent out.
Dispatched / In transit
Your parcel is moving between cities or sorting hubs. It’s normal to see no new update while it’s on the road.
Arrived at destination
It has reached the facility that serves your area. Keep your phone on and make sure your address is correct.
Out for delivery
A rider has your parcel and will deliver it today. Answer unknown calls and keep the exact cash ready for COD orders.
Delivered
Your parcel has been delivered. Didn’t get it? Contact customer service the same day and ask for the proof of delivery (POD).
Undelivered / Attempted
The rider couldn’t deliver: wrong address, phone off, nobody home, or the parcel was refused. Call the helpline to arrange another try.
Returned to shipper
The parcel is going back to the sender. Contact the seller about sending it again or a refund.
How long does Leopards Courier take?
Delivery time mainly depends on the service the sender chose, then on the distance and how remote your area is.
- Overnight Express: the fast option, aimed at next-day delivery between connected cities.
- Economy / Overland: cheaper and slower, good for heavy or non-urgent parcels.
- Same Day: available in selected cities for parcels booked early.
- Mera Time Delivery: the sender picks a delivery time slot. It launched in 14 cities in 2020, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad.
- International: Express Plus, Express and Economy options.
Ordered online? The courier time starts when the seller books your parcel, not when you place the order.

LCS tracking not updating? Try this
Leopards adds a new update each time your parcel’s tracking sticker is scanned. Gaps between scans are normal, especially when the parcel is travelling between cities. Before you worry, check these:
Booked today?
A new CN can show no result until its first scan. Check again after a few hours.
Check the number
Remove spaces and dashes, and make sure you typed a zero, not the letter O.
Order number, not CN?
Store order numbers are different from the courier CN. Ask the seller for the Leopards CN.
No change for days?
Call the LCS helpline or WhatsApp your CN and ask them to check it.

If something went wrong with your parcel, follow these steps:
- Save proof. Take a screenshot of the tracking status with the CN visible, and photos of any damage before you fully open the box.
- Contact Leopards with your CN. Call the helpline, WhatsApp or email them. Ask for a complaint reference number.
- Marked delivered but not received? Ask for a copy of the proof of delivery (POD). Leopards says its customer service can provide it.
- Claim in writing within 30 days. Leopards’ terms say written claims must reach it within 30 days of the booking date. Attach the invoice or proof of value.
- Bought online? Tell the seller too. They booked the parcel and can follow it up from their account.

If your CN still shows nothing after a day, check the courier name on your slip. For TCS parcels, use our TCS tracking site. For M&P, Pakistan Post, Trax, Rider or Deltex, use that courier’s own tracking, because Leopards tracking can’t read their numbers.
