How to call the Leopards UAN
Leopards writes its UAN as (021) 111-300-786. The 021 is Karachi’s area code, so save the full number, 021 111 300 786, in your phone. From outside Pakistan, dial +92 21 111 300 786. Leopards’ FAQ says its customer service agents also take calls after the office closes.
Calls go faster when the details are ready. Leopards’ complaint form asks for these, and an agent will usually need the same:
- the CN (consignment) number from the booking slip
- the booking date and origin city
- sender and receiver names and phone numbers
- the destination city and delivery address

Leopards spells it 0345-LEOPARD on its homepage, because those letters sit on the 5, 3, 6, 7, 2, 7 and 3 keys of a phone keypad. The Locate Us page lists it as the WhatsApp contact for every Pakistan office, and the e-commerce merchant FAQ lists it for sellers too.
Neither page gives WhatsApp hours or a reply time. Put your CN number in the first message so the agent doesn’t have to ask for it.

File a complaint or claim online
Leopards’ online complaint form handles three kinds of issue: a complaint, a request or a claim. It asks for the CN number, origin, booking date, weight, pieces, contents, and the shipper’s and receiver’s names, phone numbers and addresses. You also pick a priority (Low, Medium, High or Critical) and the service used.
The form doesn’t say how quickly Leopards replies. Take a screenshot after you submit it, and quote the CN number if you follow up on the UAN.
