Track a Leopards Courier parcel in four steps
This is how to track a Leopards Courier shipment with a tracking number, whether you sent the parcel or you’re waiting for it.
- Find the tracking number. If you sent the parcel, it’s printed on your Leopards booking receipt. If you’re receiving an online order, the seller usually shares it by SMS, WhatsApp, email or on the order page.
- Open a tracker. Use the box on our homepage (it also sits at the bottom of every page on this site) or the Track Shipment page on Leopards’ Pakistan website. Either one handles Leopards Courier tracking online from any phone or computer.
- Enter the number exactly as printed. Copy and paste it if you can. Remove spaces, and watch for the letter O versus zero and the letter I versus one.
- Read from the top. The newest scan shows where the parcel is now. The lines below it are the hubs it has already passed through, with dates and times.
Tracking only shows what has been scanned. Leopards records movement each time the tracking sticker on a parcel is scanned. A parcel sitting on a truck between two cities isn’t scanned, so a day with no new line is normal for intercity shipments.
Where to find your Leopards tracking number (CN)
Leopards calls this the Air Waybill or Consignment Note number. Its booking system assigns one to every shipment automatically, and the same number follows the parcel through every hub until delivery. “CN number”, “tracking ID”, “LCS tracking number” and “consignment number” all mean this one code, so a Leopards tracking ID check and a CN check are the same thing. Our guide to the LCS tracking number (CN) shows how to read it.
| Your situation | Where the CN usually is |
|---|---|
| You booked at a Leopards Express Center | On the printed booking receipt the counter staff gave you |
| You ordered from an online shop | The seller’s dispatch SMS, WhatsApp message or email, or the order details page on the shop’s website |
| You ordered on a marketplace | The order’s shipping or tracking section, next to the courier’s name |
| You’re a business shipping with Leopards | Your Leopards eCom portal account, or the store plugin you book through |
| The parcel has already arrived | On the Leopards label stuck to the packet |
What does an LCS CN look like?
Leopards doesn’t publish a format specification for its CNs. Independent tracking sites describe everything from a 9-digit number to a two-letter prefix followed by 10 or more digits, and an example on one guide to Leopards’ complaint form starts with two letters. The practical takeaway: don’t judge a number by its length. If it came from Leopards, copy every character and let the tracker decide.
No tracking number? Tracking by mobile number or name
Leopards’ Track Shipment page asks for a tracking number and nothing else. Typing a mobile number or a name into a web tracker returns no result, so Leopards tracking by mobile number and Leopards tracking by name don’t work online. You can usually recover the number instead:
- Search your phone for the seller’s dispatch SMS, WhatsApp message or email. The number often sits next to the courier’s name.
- Open the order page in the shop’s website or app. For marketplace orders, our Daraz order tracking guide shows where to look.
- Ask the seller for the Leopards tracking number or a photo of the booking slip.
- Call the helpline and give the sender’s name, the booking city, the date and your phone number. Whether an agent can find the parcel from those details is up to Leopards, so treat this as a fallback.
If you’re the sender, the number is on your receipt or in your Leopards eCom account.
CN, order number, shipper ID: which one works?
Most “record not found” results happen because the number entered isn’t a Leopards CN at all. Online orders come with several numbers, and only one of them tracks the parcel.
| Number | Who issues it | Works on LCS tracking? |
|---|---|---|
| Leopards CN | Leopards, at booking | Yes |
| Shop order number (for example #10452) | The online store | No. Ask the seller for the courier’s tracking number. |
| Shipper ID | Leopards, sent to a registered COD seller’s mobile number | No. It identifies the seller’s account, not a parcel. |
| TCS, PostEx, M&P or another courier’s number | That courier | No. Track it on that company’s own website. |
If a seller says the order went with Leopards but the number still returns nothing a day after dispatch, ask them to confirm the courier. Shops often switch between couriers, so a PostEx or TCS tracking number can end up in a message that mentions LCS.
Not sure which courier has your parcel?
The same rule applies to every courier in Pakistan, and it’s the quickest way to track and trace a parcel when the courier is unclear. Check the dispatch message for the courier’s name, then paste the number into that company’s own tracker. For TCS tracking, use a TCS tracker such as tcstrack.com. PostEx tracking works the same way on PostEx’s own website. For Leopards numbers, use the tracker on this page. If you’re choosing a courier rather than tracking one, see our LCS vs TCS comparison.
Every way to check Leopards Courier tracking online
Leopards courier tracking in Pakistan works on any device with a browser, and the web trackers need only the tracking number. The table lists each option and when it’s the better choice.
| Method | What you need | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| LCS Tracking tracker on this site | Tracking number | A quick Leopards tracking number check online, with the full scan history on one page. Your browser remembers your last five numbers for one-tap rechecks. |
| Leopards Track Shipment page (the Leopards tracking PK site) | Tracking number | Confirming a number directly with Leopards’ own system |
| Helpline (UAN) (021) 111-300-786 | Tracking number | Delivery estimates, a copy of the proof of delivery, and anything the tracker can’t explain. Leopards says agents also answer after office hours. |
| WhatsApp 0345-LEOPARD (0345-5367273) | Tracking number | Written questions without waiting on a call |
| Nearest Express Center | Tracking number and ID | Collecting a parcel held after missed delivery attempts |
| Leopards eCom portal | Seller login | Businesses tracking many bookings at once |
What about the app? An iPhone app called Leopards Express, carrying Leopards Courier’s copyright notice, lists tracking, pickup requests and an Express Center finder among its features. Leopards’ Pakistan website doesn’t link to a current Android app, so on Android the web tracker is the dependable choice.
What about SMS? Leopards’ website doesn’t describe an SMS tracking service. Treat any SMS you receive about a parcel as a way to get the tracking number, then use a tracker for the full history.
How to read your LCS tracking details
According to Leopards, a detailed tracking response can include the following fields. Not every field fills in until the parcel is delivered.
| Field | What to check |
|---|---|
| Tracking number | That it matches your receipt or message, character for character |
| Delivery status | The latest stage the parcel has reached |
| Delivery date, time and received by | Who signed. If it’s a name you don’t recognise, check with family, colleagues or neighbours first. |
| Delivery location | Where the handover was recorded |
| Booking or billing date | How long the parcel has been in the network |
| Service type | Overnight, Economy, Overland and so on. Slower services take longer, which explains many “late” parcels. |
| Weight and pieces | A multi-piece shipment can arrive in parts |
A worked example
Here’s how an intercity parcel’s history typically reads, newest at the top. This is an illustration, not a real shipment, and the exact wording on your result may differ.
| Scan | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Day 2, afternoon: Delivered, received by the consignee | Finished. The receiver’s name is your proof of delivery. |
| Day 2, morning: Out for delivery, Faisalabad | A rider has the parcel. Keep your phone on. |
| Day 2, early: Arrived at FSD hub | It reached the destination city’s sorting facility. |
| Day 1, night: Dispatched from Lahore | It left the origin hub. Expect no new line while it’s on the road. |
| Day 1, evening: Booked, Lahore | Leopards accepted the parcel and created the record. |
Hub names in scans are often abbreviated. Leopards’ own complaint form lists facilities such as “ISB Super Hub”, “LHE Hub Sorting”, “KHI-East (Airport) Hub” and “FSD Hub”, where the prefixes appear to stand for Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi and Faisalabad.
What common Leopards tracking statuses mean
Leopards doesn’t publish a full status glossary, so the wording below is typical rather than exact. The one status it does define officially is “Returned to Shipper”. Our Leopards tracking status guide covers more of the wording you may see.
| Status (typical wording) | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Booked / shipment booked | The record exists. The parcel may not have left the origin city yet. | Nothing yet |
| Dispatched / in transit | Moving between hubs | Wait for the next scan |
| Arrived at a city or hub | Scanned at a sorting facility | Nothing, unless it stays there for several days |
| Out for delivery / assigned to courier | A rider has it. Leopards delivers 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. | Keep the phone number on the booking reachable |
| Delivered | Handed over and signed for. Leopards may hand parcels to family members, colleagues or neighbours. | If you don’t have it, ask around, then request the POD |
| Attempted / undelivered | Nobody received it. Leopards makes up to two delivery attempts and the rider leaves a message. | Call the helpline or collect it from the nearest Express Center |
| Returned to Shipper | Sent back to whoever booked it, for example because the receiver refused it or the address couldn’t be traced | Receivers should contact the seller. Senders should contact Leopards. |
How long does Leopards Courier take to deliver?
Leopards doesn’t publish a city-by-city table of delivery times. Its FAQ tells customers to call the helpline or visit an Express Center for an estimate, and to have the pickup address and the destination city ready. The Leopard courier delivery time you see quoted elsewhere depends on the service and the route. What Leopards does state is below.
| Service or rule | What Leopards says |
|---|---|
| Overnight Express | Built for next-day delivery |
| Economy and Overland | Slower, at a lower price |
| Delivery hours | 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday |
| Time-specified delivery | Any time between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm, for an extra charge |
| Sundays and public holidays | Special requests that cost extra. Leopards says it makes deliveries on holidays in major cities. |
| Delivery attempts | Up to two, with a message left by the rider |
To get a feel for your own parcel, check the service type on the tracking result, then read our Leopards delivery time guide. If a parcel shows no new scan for two days or more, call the helpline.
When Leopards tracking isn’t working
Most gaps are normal and fix themselves. Our guide on why Leopards tracking isn’t updating explains the usual causes, and this table covers the quick cases.
| What you see | Likely reason | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Record not found” soon after ordering | The seller created the CN but hasn’t handed the parcel over, or it hasn’t been scanned yet | Check again later the same day. If it’s still missing after a full working day, ask the seller. |
| “Record not found” days later | A typo, or the number belongs to another courier | Re-copy the CN and confirm the courier with the seller |
| No new scan for two days or more | Long intercity route, or held at a hub | Call (021) 111-300-786 with your CN |
| Delivered, but you don’t have it | Handed to someone else at the address | Check with your household and neighbours, then ask Leopards for the proof of delivery |
| The address is wrong | Only the shipper can change it | Receivers ask the seller. Shippers email csdkhi@leopardscourier.com within 24 hours of booking. |
Tracking an LCS COD parcel
A cash on delivery (COD) parcel uses the same kind of CN and the same trackers as any other Leopards shipment. You pay the rider when the parcel arrives, and Leopards transfers the COD amount to the seller’s bank account after delivery. Our LCS COD tracking guide goes into payments, and sellers with an account can use the LCS portal login.
Leopards only handles delivery. It isn’t responsible for the product’s quality, and returns or exchanges are between you and the seller. If you need the seller’s contact details for a COD parcel, Leopards asks you to email cod.khi@leopardscourier.com with your name, city, address and CN.
Leopards Courier helpline and contact numbers
Have your tracking number ready before you call or message, because agents ask for it first. Leopards uses one UAN for tracking questions, pickups and proof of delivery, so the Leopards tracking helpline and the main customer service line are the same number. Leopards says its agents also take calls after office hours.
| Channel | Details | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| UAN helpline | (021) 111-300-786 | Tracking questions, delivery estimates, proof of delivery, pickups |
| +92 345 5367273 | Written questions with your tracking number | |
| Customer service email | customerservice@leopardscourier.com | General queries and pickup requests |
| Address change (shippers only) | csdkhi@leopardscourier.com | Within 24 hours of booking |
| COD seller details | cod.khi@leopardscourier.com | Include your name, city, address and CN |
| Head office | Office No. 19-F, Block-6, P.E.C.H.S, Karachi | Registered address of Leopards Courier Services (Private) Limited |
Looking for Leopards Courier tracking in Karachi? The process is the same in every city: use the tracking number on the web tracker, or call the same UAN. You can find an Express Center in Karachi or elsewhere on our Leopards offices page. More numbers are listed in our helpline guide and on the contact page.
Complaints, lost and damaged parcels
Leopards takes complaints, requests and claims through its online complaint form. Have these ready before you start: the CN, origin and destination cities, booking date, weight and pieces, shipper and consignee names and phone numbers, and the service type. Our LCS complaint guide walks through the form step by step.
Don’t wait on a claim. Leopards’ FAQ says claims must be made in writing within 30 days of the booking date. A separate answer on the same page says damage or loss claims should be lodged within 10 days of the incident and are settled after a 45-day investigation. File as early as you can so the shorter deadline doesn’t catch you out.
Insurance matters too. Leopards doesn’t insure a parcel unless the shipper asks for it, at a charge of 5% of the declared value. For an insured parcel that’s lost, Leopards says it pays the market value. For an uninsured one, its customer satisfaction team reviews the case after verification.
Frequently asked questions
How do I track my parcel with a tracking number?
Open the tracker on our homepage or Leopards’ Track Shipment page, paste the tracking number exactly as printed, and press Track. The result lists the latest scan first, then the earlier hubs with dates and times. The four steps at the top of this page cover typos and where to find the number.
Is a tracking ID the same as a CN number?
Yes. CN stands for consignment note number, the unique code Leopards assigns to every shipment at booking. “Tracking number”, “tracking ID” and “LCS tracking number” are everyday names for it, so tracking an ID number works exactly like tracking a CN. A shop’s order number or a COD shipper ID is different and won’t track the parcel.
How can I check my parcel status?
Enter the tracking number and read the top line of the result. That’s the delivery status at the most recent scan. If the web tracker won’t load, call (021) 111-300-786 or send the number on WhatsApp. The same method works for any courier’s tracking status, as long as you use that courier’s own tracker.
Can I track exactly where my parcel is?
Only as far as its last scan. Leopards records movement each time a tracking sticker is scanned, so the result shows the last hub or stage, not a live map. While the parcel is on a truck between scans, nothing updates. Keep the phone number on the booking reachable once it shows as out for delivery.
What is the full form of LCS?
LCS stands for Leopards Courier Services. People also search for it as Leopard Courier Pakistan. The company’s registered name is Leopards Courier Services (Private) Limited, with its head office in P.E.C.H.S, Karachi. It dates its founding to 1983.
Can I track a Leopards parcel with my mobile number or name?
Not on the web trackers, which search by tracking number only. The section above lists ways to get the number back. If none work, call the helpline with the sender’s name, the booking city and date, and your phone number.
Why is my Leopards tracking number not working?
Usually one of three things: the parcel hasn’t been scanned yet, the number has a typo, or it isn’t a Leopards number at all (a shop order number or another courier’s number). Check again after a full working day, re-copy the number, and ask the seller to confirm the courier. The table in the “when tracking isn’t working” section has the rest.
Is LCS tracking free?
Yes. Tracking on Leopards’ website and on lcstracking.com costs nothing and needs no account.
What is the Leopards Courier helpline number?
The UAN is (021) 111-300-786. WhatsApp is +92 345 5367273 and the customer service email is customerservice@leopardscourier.com. Leopards says agents also answer after office hours. Our helpline guide has the full list.
How long does Leopards take to deliver?
It depends on the service and the route. Leopards says its Overnight Express service is built for next-day delivery, while Economy and Overland trade speed for a lower price. For an estimate on a specific route, call (021) 111-300-786 with the origin and destination, or read our delivery time guide.
Does Leopards deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Leopards says it delivers on holidays in major cities. Sunday, public holiday, same-day and fixed-time deliveries are special requests that cost extra.
Can I change the delivery address after booking?
Only the shipper can ask for it. Leopards asks them to email csdkhi@leopardscourier.com within 24 hours of booking. If you’re the receiver, ask the seller to make the request.
Can I track a Leopards Courier parcel from India or another country?
The web tracker opens from any country, so a parcel booked with Leopards in Pakistan can be followed from India or anywhere else with its tracking number. Leopards says it ships to and from the countries listed in its tariff, and customer service can confirm whether yours is on it. Our international tracking guide covers parcels sent abroad. If your parcel is moving inside India, ask the sender which courier carries it.
Can I track a TCS or PostEx parcel here?
No. Each courier keeps its own records, so a TCS or PostEx number only works on that company’s tracker. For TCS, try tcstrack.com. For PostEx, use PostEx’s own website.
