For an accurate Leopards Courier rate estimate, you can use the official Dynamic Rate Calculator on pk.leopardscourier.com. You can also use the Leopards Courier Rates Calculator on LCS Tracking, which provides both domestic and international rate estimates in one place. To use the official domestic calculator, keep Shipment Type on Domestic, choose a service, select the origin and destination cities, enter the weight in kilograms, and press Calculate. The result shows three figures: S-C (service charges), F-C (fuel charges), and T-A (total amount). The official website also provides a separate International Rate Calculator for overseas shipments.
Two things catch people out when they use the Leopard calculator. It asks only for weight, not box size, so for a bulky parcel you have to work out the volumetric weight yourself (length × breadth × height in cm ÷ 5,000) and enter that figure if it is higher. And Economy has a 5 kg minimum chargeable weight while Overland has a 10 kg minimum, so a light parcel sent on those services is priced as if it weighed more. The sections below explain every option in the calculator and show how to work out the weight to type in.
How to use the Leopards rate calculator
The domestic rate calculator is straightforward. You only need your shipment’s origin, destination, service type, and weight to generate an estimate.
![]()
Follow these steps:
- Open the Dynamic Rate Calculator and leave Shipment Type on Domestic.
- Pick a service from the Services list (each option is explained in the next section).
- Select the origin city and the destination city.
- Enter the chargeable weight in kilograms. The page asks for kg only, so convert grams first: 500 g is 0.5 kg.
- Press Calculate and read S-C, F-C and T-A. Press Clear and run it again with another service to compare.
The result gives you a breakdown of the estimated shipping cost. If you want to compare different services, use Clear to reset the calculator and repeat the process with another service.
Tip: Before entering the weight, check whether your parcel qualifies for a minimum chargeable weight or volumetric weight calculation. These rules can make a significant difference to the final shipping cost.
How to Calculate International Shipping Rates
Domestic and international shipments use separate calculators on the Leopards website. If you are sending a parcel outside Pakistan or arranging an international import, open the Leopards International Rate Calculator.
The process is slightly different:
-
Select Import or Export, depending on the direction of your shipment.
-
Choose the international destination.
-
Enter the shipment weight in kilograms.
-
Click Calculate Rate to view the available rate information.
The international calculator also displays a Get Exclusive Discount (50%) option. However, the applicable conditions and eligibility are not fully explained on the calculator page. Contact Leopards before relying on this discount when estimating your shipping budget.
You can also use the international section of the LCS Tracking rate calculator to compare estimated domestic and international shipping costs in one place.
What each service option in the calculator means
Choosing the right delivery service is just as important as entering the correct parcel weight. Leopards offers several domestic shipping options for documents, small parcels, heavy packages, and e-commerce deliveries.
The following table explains the main services and their intended uses. It also highlights the weight and delivery-time information published by Leopards.
| Calculator service | What it is used for | Weight requirements | Published delivery time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Overnight | Urgent parcels and important documents | No minimum stated on the service page | Next working day |
| Economy | Lower-cost domestic parcel delivery | 5 kg minimum chargeable weight | 2–3 days |
| Overland | Heavy and bulky shipments transported through road logistics | 10 kg minimum chargeable weight | Not specified |
| Flyer | Documents and sensitive shipments, including items such as mobile phones and passports | No specific minimum stated | Not specified |
| Leopard Box | Fixed-weight packaging for non-perishable and fragile goods | Available in different weight options | Next working day through Overnight Express |
| Economy 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 and 100 | Additional options displayed in the calculator | Individual rules not explained on the service pages | Not specified |
| All in One | Protective flyer packaging for valuables | No specific minimum stated | Not specified |
| Document Care | Protective packaging for important documents | No specific minimum stated | Described as expedited |
The service descriptions and published delivery information are based on Leopards’ service pages. Availability and options may vary in the calculator.
For what each service line is best suited to, see the guide to Leopards Courier services.
Overnight Express
Overnight Express is designed for shipments that need to reach their destination quickly. Leopards states that this service delivers parcels and documents by the next working day across Pakistan.
It is worth considering when you are sending urgent documents, business correspondence, or customer orders where delivery speed matters more than choosing the lowest available rate.
Economy
Economy is a lower-cost option for customers who do not need next-day delivery. Leopards offers this service for shipments with a minimum chargeable weight of 5 kg.
The company states that Economy shipments generally take two to three days for delivery. Its e-commerce service page also describes delivery within Pakistan on the second day of booking.
One important detail is that the 5 kg minimum applies even when the actual parcel weighs less. A parcel weighing 2 kg, for example, may be charged at the 5 kg minimum under this service.
Overland
Overland is intended for heavy and bulky shipments that do not require express delivery. It is listed under Leopards Logistics and offers an economical road-based shipping option.
The minimum chargeable weight is 10 kg. This means a parcel weighing 6 kg may still be billed at 10 kg if it is booked under Overland.
Leopards also applies volumetric weight calculations to oversized shipments. This makes it important to consider both the physical weight and package dimensions before selecting this service.
Flyer Express
Flyer Express is suitable for important documents and certain sensitive shipments. Leopards describes it as a secure and competitive option for items such as documents, mobile phones, and passports.
The actual rate depends on the shipment details and the available calculator options. Check the service selection before booking rather than assuming that every small parcel qualifies for the same flyer rate.
Leopard Box
Leopards Box is designed for sending non-perishable and fragile items using designated packaging with fixed weight options. It can be useful for gifts, clothing, household items, and other suitable products.
Leopards states that these shipments are delivered through Overnight Express, making next-working-day delivery available.
The company applies volumetric weight calculations when a shipment exceeds its standard size. Therefore, selecting a box option does not remove the need to check the parcel’s dimensions.
Check the available box sizes before booking: Leopards’ published service information and calculator do not show exactly the same list of weight options. The service page lists 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 kg, while the calculator also displays a 25 kg option. Confirm the available packaging and rate at the time of booking.
All in One Flyer and Document Care
These options focus on protective packaging rather than simply offering another delivery speed.
All in One Flyer is designed for valuables and includes protective packaging. Documents Care Pack provides additional protection for important papers, with features such as a durable, waterproof exterior and insurance coverage during transit.
If your shipment contains valuable items or important documents, check the packaging requirements and insurance conditions with Leopards before booking.
How to Calculate Chargeable Weight for Leopards Shipments
One of the most common reasons for a difference between an online estimate and the amount charged at a courier counter is incorrect weight calculation.
Courier companies may consider two different measurements:
-
Actual weight: The physical weight of the packed parcel measured on a weighing scale.
-
Volumetric weight: The weight calculated from the parcel’s length, breadth, and height.
A large but lightweight carton can occupy more space in a delivery vehicle than a smaller, heavier parcel. This is why volumetric weight matters when shipping bulky items.
Leopards Volumetric Weight Formula
Leopards publishes the following formula for calculating volumetric weight:
Volumetric Weight = (Length × Breadth × Height) ÷ 5,000
Measure all three dimensions in centimetres. The resulting figure represents the volumetric weight in kilograms.
For example, consider a carton with these dimensions:
-
Length: 60 cm
-
Breadth: 40 cm
-
Height: 40 cm
The calculation is:
60 × 40 × 40 = 96,000
96,000 ÷ 5,000 = 19.2 kg
Although the parcel might physically weigh only 8 kg, its volumetric weight is 19.2 kg.
For oversized shipments, use the volumetric figure when estimating the chargeable weight, but confirm the final billed weight with Leopards. Its published pages explain the volumetric calculation but do not fully detail every billing and rounding condition.
Step-by-Step Weight Calculation
Before entering a parcel’s weight into the calculator:
-
Pack the item and measure its final length, breadth, and height.
-
Weigh the complete package using a weighing scale.
-
Calculate volumetric weight if the parcel exceeds the applicable standard dimensions.
-
Compare actual and volumetric weight.
-
Check whether the selected service has a minimum chargeable weight.
-
Use the applicable chargeable weight when requesting your estimate.
For Economy, the minimum is 5 kg. For Overland, it is 10 kg.
Worked Examples of Chargeable Weight
The following examples show how actual weight, volumetric weight, and service minimums can affect your estimated shipping cost.
| Parcel example | Actual weight | Volumetric weight | Economy estimate | Overland estimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shoe box (33 × 22 × 12 cm) | 1.2 kg | 1.74 kg | 5 kg | 10 kg |
| Cushion carton (60 × 40 × 40 cm) | 8 kg | 19.2 kg | 19.2 kg | 19.2 kg |
| Books carton (50 × 40 × 30 cm) | 25 kg | 12 kg | 25 kg | 25 kg |
These are illustrative calculations, not confirmed booking quotations. Final chargeable weight and rounding are subject to Leopards’ booking rules.
Consider the cushion carton. Its actual weight is 8 kg, but its volumetric weight is 19.2 kg. Entering only 8 kg when requesting a quote could therefore give you an estimate that is too low.
The shoe box is another useful example. Its volumetric weight is approximately 1.74 kg, but Economy has a 5 kg minimum and Overland has a 10 kg minimum. The applicable minimum makes a substantial difference to the estimated charge.
For Overnight, use the actual weight and check the applicable volumetric requirements with Leopards. The Economy and Overland minimums should not automatically be applied to other services.
Reading the result: S-C, F-C and T-A
S-C is the service charge for the chosen service, route and weight. F-C is the fuel charge, listed separately. T-A is the total amount. The calculator’s note does not mention GST or any other tax, so ask at booking whether the total you see is the amount you will pay.
Retail COD works differently. Its page says there are “no return fees, taxes, fuel surcharges, or GST”, and service charges are paid at the counter when the parcel is booked. Insurance, weight disputes and other extras are covered in Leopards Courier rates and charges per kg.
Why Do Different Leopards Rate Calculators Show Different Prices?
You may find several websites offering Leopards shipping rates, fixed price lists, or online calculators. However, their results do not necessarily match the amount quoted by Leopards.
There are several reasons for these differences:
1. Outdated rate information: Some websites publish fixed prices without stating when their rate information was last updated.
2. Different service selections: Overnight, Economy, and Overland have different pricing structures and weight requirements.
3. Incorrect weight calculations: A calculator that uses actual weight alone may underestimate the chargeable weight of a bulky shipment.
4. Fuel charges: The fuel component can affect the final amount shown by the official calculator.
5. Taxes and additional charges: Special services and booking conditions may affect the amount payable.
For this reason, use third-party calculators as estimation tools rather than treating their results as confirmed Leopards quotations.
The LCS Tracking rate calculator offers another convenient way to estimate domestic and international shipping costs. For a confirmed current rate, compare your estimate with the official Leopards calculator or ask an Express Center.
Ways to Reduce Your Leopards Shipping Cost
- Pack in the smallest box that protects the item. In the carton example above, a 50 × 40 × 30 cm box instead of 60 × 40 × 40 cm cuts volumetric weight from 19.2 kg to 12 kg.
- For parcels under 5 kg, run both Economy and Overnight. Economy bills at least 5 kg, so it is not automatically the cheaper choice for a light parcel.
- If the item is fragile and fits one of the Leopard Box weights, run the matching Leopard Box option as well.
- For 10 kg and above, compare Overland with Economy.
- Occasional sellers without a COD account can use Retail COD at an Express Center with a CNIC copy, a cheque, bank details (bank name and IBAN) and at least one shipment. The Leopards cash on delivery guide explains payments, and the Leopards office finder helps locate a counter.
Leopards Retail COD: An Option for Small Sellers
If you run a small online business or occasionally send products to customers, Leopards Retail COD may be worth considering.
Unlike a traditional corporate COD arrangement, Retail COD allows individuals and small businesses to book cash-on-delivery shipments through an Express Center without setting up a full corporate account.
According to Leopards, registration requires basic personal and banking information, including a CNIC copy and bank details. Its published information also states that customers can start with a single shipment.
Retail COD has its own pricing and payment conditions, so do not assume that the standard domestic rate calculator automatically represents your complete COD settlement.
Read the Leopards Cash on Delivery guide for more information about the process, payments, and shipment tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Is there an official Leopards rate calculator?
Yes. The Dynamic Rate Calculator at pk.leopardscourier.com/rate-calculator covers domestic shipments, and a separate International Rate Calculator covers imports and exports.
Does the Leopards calculator include fuel charges?
Yes. The result lists the fuel charge (F-C) separately from the service charge (S-C) and shows the total amount (T-A).
What is the minimum chargeable weight for Leopards Economy?
5 kg. Overland has a 10 kg minimum. Leopards states no minimum for Overnight.
How is volumetric weight calculated for Leopards parcels?
Length × breadth × height in centimetres, divided by 5,000. A 60 × 40 × 40 cm carton works out at 19.2 kg.
Can I get a Leopards price over the phone?
The Leopards UAN is (021) 111-300-786 (checked 22 October 2026). Other numbers are listed on the Leopards Courier helpline page.
Why does this page not list Leopards prices?
Leopards does not publish a fixed rate card on its website, and prices change with service, route, weight and fuel charges. The official calculator is the only reliable source for a current figure.
What to Do After Calculating Your Shipping Cost
Once you have estimated the charges and selected a delivery service, you can book your parcel through a Leopards Express Center or the applicable pickup service.
Keep the consignment number (CN) provided at booking. You will need it to check the parcel’s movement and delivery status.
After dispatch, use the LCS Tracking homepage to track your Leopards shipment online. You can also follow the step-by-step Leopards tracking guide if you need help finding or understanding your tracking details.
A little preparation before booking makes shipping easier: measure your parcel correctly, check the applicable minimum weight, compare available services, and confirm the final quotation before handing over your shipment.
After you book
Keep the CN number from the booking receipt and track the parcel with the LCS tracking tool on the homepage, or follow the step-by-step tracking guide. Estimated days by route are in the Leopards delivery time guide.
