Leopards Courier Services (LCS) sells far more than next-day parcel delivery. Its official business pages list domestic express options (Overnight Express, Economy, Flyer Express, Leopards Box and two premium document packs), Overland for heavy cargo, three e-commerce plans for online sellers including Retail COD, international express and economy shipping, document attestation, gifting through Giftwifts, and payment services at Express Centers.
For most people the choice comes down to two: Overnight Express, which Leopards says delivers “by the next working day, nationwide”, and Economy, a cheaper door-to-door leopard courier service for parcels of 5 kg or more that takes two to three days. Sellers who ship only one or two parcels a day can use Retail COD at an Express Center without opening a corporate account. The sections below explain what each service is for, the weight rules that decide what you pay, and which details Leopards does not publish.

Domestic express services
Overnight Express
Overnight Express is the default Leopards service for parcels and documents. The official page promises delivery “by the next working day, nationwide”. The words “working day” matter: a parcel booked on a Saturday evening will not normally move on Sunday unless it uses the Holiday Delivery add-on described below. Leopards does not print a booking cut-off time on the Overnight page, so ask your Express Center what time the day’s last dispatch leaves.
Economy
Economy is a discounted door-to-door option with pickup included. Delivery takes two to three days across Pakistan, and the minimum chargeable weight is 5 kg. That second rule catches people out: a 3 kg parcel sent by Economy is still billed as 5 kg, so for small, light items it is worth comparing Economy with Overnight in the official rate calculator before you book.
Flyer Express, Documents Care Pack and All In One Flyer
All three are envelope-style products. Flyer Express is a waterproof, tear-resistant flyer for documents and small valuables such as phones and passports. The Documents Care Pack is a stiff, waterproof pack that stops papers from folding, and it comes with insured delivery. The All In One Flyer adds bubble wrap and aluminium lamination and is described as insured, fireproof and waterproof. Degrees, contracts and passports are the obvious use for the two premium packs.
Leopards Box
Leopards Box is a ready-made box sold in fixed weight bands of 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg for fragile or non-perishable items going to major cities. Boxes travel by Overnight Express, so delivery is next day, and Leopards advertises them at discounted rates. The same volumetric weight rule as Economy applies to boxes.
Leopards Bulao pickup
Leopards Bulao is a doorstep pickup request rather than a delivery service. When booking, you pick a vehicle (bike, Shahzor, rickshaw or Bolan), a shipment type (heavy or document) and a pickup window. The form offers start times from 9 AM to 7 PM and end times up to 8 PM.
How weight and volume affect the price
Economy, Leopards Box and Overland all use the same volumetric formula for shipments bigger than the standard size: length × breadth × height in centimetres, divided by 5,000. A light but bulky box can therefore cost more than its scale weight suggests.
Example: a carton measuring 40 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm has a volume of 36,000 cubic centimetres. Divided by 5,000, that gives a volumetric weight of 7.2 kg. If the carton holds bedsheets weighing 4 kg, expect the charge to be worked out on the larger volumetric figure rather than the 4 kg on the scale. Packing into the smallest box that fits is the simplest way to cut the bill.
None of the service pages show a rate card. The official rate calculator asks for service, origin city, destination city and weight, and returns a service charge, a fuel charge and the total. More detail on how prices are built is in the Leopards Courier rates and charges guide.
Overland cargo and transportation
Overland is the Leopards cargo option for heavy and bulky packages. The minimum chargeable weight is 10 kg, pickup is door to door, and the volumetric formula above applies. Leopards does not publish transit times for Overland, so ask for an estimate when booking furniture, machinery parts or stock. For companies that need whole vehicles, Leopards also runs a Transportation service with its own fleet for primary and secondary distribution.
Services for online sellers
Leopards groups its seller products under e-commerce, all built around cash on delivery (COD).
- E-commerce Economy: for COD parcels of at least 5 kg, with doorstep pickup. Leopards says shipments reach their destination “on the second day of booking”.
- E-commerce Overnight: next-day COD delivery across Pakistan with real-time tracking and seller discounts. Packing is included in the booking charge for overnight shipments.
- Retail COD: for low-volume sellers who book over the counter instead of through a portal.
Note the small difference in wording. The express Economy page says two to three days, while the e-commerce Economy page says the second day of booking. They are separate products with separate promises, so check which one your parcel was booked under before chasing a late delivery.
Retail COD: how to register
Retail COD suits home businesses, students and freelancers sending one or two parcels a day. There is no minimum monthly volume, no pickup charge and, according to Leopards, no return fees, fuel surcharge or GST on top of the service charge paid at booking. Collected cash goes to the seller’s bank account within a week of delivery.
- Take a copy of your CNIC, a cheque and at least one parcel to a Leopards Express Center.
- Give your name, mobile number, bank name, IBAN, and brand name and address.
- Receive a Shipper ID by SMS and book your first parcel on the spot. Staff fill in the booking, so no load sheet is needed.

Fulfilment, warehousing and financing
Larger brands can hand over storage too. Efulfillment stores stock in Leopards warehouses, receives orders from the seller’s online store, then picks, packs and delivers them, with pay-as-you-use pricing and no long-term contract. Leopards Financing is a Shariah-compliant working-capital product that advances up to 70% of the value of COD consignments booked through the Leopards e-commerce portal, repaid automatically as orders are delivered. Neither page lists fees.
International shipping
For parcels leaving Pakistan, Leopards offers Express Plus (its priority option) and Express, both covering more than 2,000 destinations, plus International Economy for parcels from 5 kg to 25 kg. Student Express sends transcripts and admission documents at a fixed rate, and International COD lets Pakistani sellers ship abroad and receive the cash in Pakistan. Business freight is handled through Import Service, Commercial Export (sea and air, FCL and LCL), customs brokerage and direct linehaul routes to the USA, Canada, the UK and the UAE. Document attestation through Leopards
Leopards handles MOFA attestation and MOFA apostille for educational, legal and commercial documents through designated Express Centers. It also processes National Police Bureau character certificates (often needed for visas) and University of Sindh document verification. The MOFA page lists two sets of charges: the government fee per document, and Leopards’ own handling charge.

On top of that, the page lists MOFA government fees of Rs 3,000 per personal or educational document, Rs 12,000 per commercial document and Rs 4,500 per legal document (legal documents can only be submitted at a MOFA camp office). Optional insurance is 2.5% of the declared value.
Worked example using those figures: two educational degrees attested and returned to your door in another city would cost Rs 6,000 in government fees (2 × Rs 3,000) plus Rs 1,700 in Leopards charges, a total of Rs 7,700 before any insurance. Government fees are set by MOFA, not Leopards, so confirm them at the counter on the day.
Add-ons available at Express Centers
These extras attach to a normal booking. Leopards does not publish prices for any of them, and several are only offered at some centres.
- Insurance: cover against loss, theft or damage, priced on the declared value. Available at all Express Centers.
- Bubble packing: extra cushioning for glassware and electronics. Available at all Express Centers.
- Mera Time Delivery: the sender chooses a morning, afternoon or evening delivery window. Participating centres only.
- Holiday Delivery: pickup and delivery on weekends, public holidays and festive periods. Select centres only.
- Special Handling: extra care for fragile, high-value or confidential items. Select centres only.
- Sack Bag Seal: several shipments sealed together in a tamper-proof sack. Select centres only.
Giftwifts and seasonal mangoes
Giftwifts by Leopards is the company’s gifting shop at giftwifts.leopardscourier.com. It sells and delivers gifts for birthdays, Eid and other occasions, takes corporate bulk orders, and offers same-day dispatch, scheduled delivery and custom packaging. Mango gift boxes are sold through Giftwifts in season. When checked on 18 October 2026, the mango category showed no products, which fits mangoes being a summer fruit; check the category again when the season starts.
Payments and other counter services
Express Centers double as payment points. Leopards lists utility bill payments and mobile top-ups through 1Link, JazzCash cash-in and cash-out as a super agent, NADRA e-Sahulat biometric verification, Raast QR payments, and Shaheen Insurance Takaful plans sold over the counter. A separate Leopards Wallet serves merchants in its network. Availability can vary by centre, so call ahead or check the list of Leopards offices and Express Centers.
Which Leopards service to choose
A few common cases:
- A passport or original degree to another city: a Documents Care Pack or All In One Flyer, because both include insured delivery.
- A 2 kg gift that must arrive tomorrow: Overnight Express or a 2 kg Leopards Box.
- A 12 kg carton of household items with no deadline: Economy, or Overland if it is bulky. Compare both in the rate calculator.
- An Instagram shop sending a few COD orders a week: Retail COD, then a full COD account as volume grows.

Frequently asked questions
Does Leopards deliver on Sundays and public holidays?
Standard Overnight Express promises the next working day, so Sundays and holidays are normally excluded. Leopards offers a Holiday Delivery add-on for weekends and public holidays, but only at select Express Centers.
Can I send a COD parcel without a business account?
Yes. Retail COD lets individuals register at an Express Center with a CNIC copy, a cheque and one parcel. You get a Shipper ID by SMS and the collected cash reaches your bank account within a week of delivery.
What is the minimum weight for Leopards Economy and Overland?
Economy has a minimum chargeable weight of 5 kg and Overland has a minimum of 10 kg. Larger boxes are charged by volumetric weight: length × breadth × height in centimetres, divided by 5,000.
