If the tracking tool gave you an error, include the CN, the date and time you tried, and your phone or browser. That’s usually enough for us to reproduce the problem.

Before you call, have your CN ready. Leopards can’t look up a parcel without it. If you bought online and don’t have the CN, ask the seller first: they get it the moment they book the parcel.
A warning about fake numbers
Searching for a courier helpline can turn up numbers that don’t belong to the courier. Only trust contact details shown on leopardscourier.com. Don’t share an OTP, your CNIC number or bank details with anyone who calls about a parcel, and don’t pay a “delivery fee” through a link sent by SMS.
LCS Tracking will never call or message you, and never asks for payment. Anyone claiming to be from this site and asking for money or personal details is not us.
Common questions
Are you Leopards Courier?
No. LCS Tracking is an independent website with no connection to Leopards Courier Services (Pvt.) Ltd. We show tracking information; we don’t handle parcels.
Can you find my parcel without a CN?
No. Tracking only works with the consignment number. Ask the sender or seller for it, or check the booking receipt.
Can you change my delivery address or reschedule delivery?
No. Only Leopards Courier can do that. Call (021) 111-300-786 or message their WhatsApp with your CN.
My tracking hasn’t changed for days. Can you check it?
We see the same data you see on our tracking page, so we can’t get a newer update than Leopards has published. If there’s been no movement for more than three or four working days, contact Leopards with your CN.
