For buyers: tracking and paying for Leopards cash on delivery parcel
- Get the CN from the seller, then track it on the LCS Tracking tracker.
- Get ready when the status says out for delivery: keep the exact COD amount ready and your phone on.
- Pay and collect. Pay the rider and take the parcel. Leopards records who received it.
Two points from Leopards’ FAQ matter for COD buyers. Leopards is responsible for delivery, not for the quality of the goods, so product problems go to the seller. If you need the seller’s details, email cod.khi@leopardscourier.com with your name, city, address and tracking number.
If you refuse a COD parcel, it goes back to the seller and the tracker shows “Returned to Shipper”. The tracking statuses guide explains that status and the others you may see.
For sellers: how Leopards Retail COD works
Retail COD is Leopards’ COD option for low-volume sellers without a corporate account. According to Leopards’ Retail COD page:
| Question | What Leopards says |
|---|---|
| How to book | Visit an Express Center, book the parcel as COD Retail, and pay the service charges on the spot |
| When you get paid | Weekly COD disbursements to your bank account, within a week after successful delivery |
| Documents | A copy of your CNIC and a cheque, plus at least one shipment |
| Registration details | Name, CNIC, mobile number, bank name and IBAN, brand name and address. You receive a Shipper ID by mobile. |
| Minimum volume | No minimum monthly shipments |
| Extra charges | No pickup charges and no return fees |
| Tracking | Access to a COD portal for LCS tracking |
The page doesn’t list the service charge amounts. Get those from the rate calculator or the counter, and see the Leopards courier rates guide for how weight affects them.
LCS COD Tracking payments as a seller
Sellers with a Leopards e-commerce account manage bookings and track shipments through the merchant portal at ecom.leopardscourier.com. Retail COD sellers get access to a COD portal for LCS tracking. Leopards doesn’t publish the payment cycle for corporate e-commerce accounts, so confirm the payout schedule in writing when you open one. The Leopards COD portal login guide covers signing in and fixing login problems.
A simple weekly habit keeps LCS COD reconciliation clean: export your delivered CNs and match them against the amounts paid into your bank. Chase any delivered CN missing from the payout once more than a week has passed since delivery.
Returns and address changes
- Refused or undeliverable Leopard COD parcels go back to the seller as “Returned to Shipper”.
- Only the shipper can change the delivery address, by emailing csdkhi@leopardscourier.com within 24 hours of booking.
- Leopards makes up to 2 delivery attempts before a parcel is held or returned, so ask buyers to keep their phones on.
