Leopards Tracking not Updating or Parcel Delayed: What to Do

When Leopards tracking isn’t updating, the usual reason is simple: the parcel hasn’t been scanned since the last status. Updates come from scans, so a parcel travelling between cities, waiting at a hub, or sitting over a Sunday or public holiday shows no change. Most stuck statuses clear within a working day or two. If yours is past the delivery time for its service, call 021 111 300 786 with your lcs tracking CN.

How long is too long?

Leopards publishes a delivery promise for each main domestic service. Compare how long your parcel has been travelling with the promise for the service on the booking slip.

Service What Leopards promises Worth calling if
Overnight Express Delivery by the next working day, nationwide No delivery after the second working day
Economy Delivery within 2 to 3 days across Pakistan Nothing has moved after 4 working days
Overland (heavy parcels) No delivery time published No new scan for 3 working days
The “worth calling” column is a practical rule of thumb, not a Leopards policy.

Count working days only. Leopards delivers Monday to Saturday, and Sunday or holiday delivery is limited to major cities at an extra charge. More detail is in the Leopards delivery time guide.

Five checks before you call

  1. Check the CN. A space, an O typed for a 0, or a shop order number used by mistake shows no record. The CN number guide lists the common slips.
  2. Check it was picked up. If the only status is “booked”, the seller may have created the CN without handing over the parcel. Ask the seller first.
  3. Count the days off. A Friday booking that crosses a Sunday or public holiday loses a day or more without any scan.
  4. Read the last status carefully. “Attempted” or “undelivered” isn’t a stuck parcel. The rider tried and needs you to call. The tracking statuses guide explains each one.
  5. Check the service. Economy and Overland are slower than Overnight, and a heavy Overland parcel can sit longer between scans.

Who to contact

Your situation Contact
Online order, status still “booked” The seller or shop, who booked it
Parcel past its delivery time Leopards UAN 021 111 300 786 or WhatsApp 0345 5367273, with the CN
Marked delivered but not received Leopards UAN, and ask for the proof of delivery
Parcel lost or damaged A written complaint or claim through the Leopards complaint form

All Leopards numbers and emails are on the Leopards helpline page. Leopards’ FAQ says agents take calls after office hours too.

When to file a complaint instead of waiting

Don’t wait too long if the parcel might be lost. Leopards’ FAQ says loss or damage claims must be lodged within 10 days of the incident, and all claims must be in writing within 30 days of booking.

If a call doesn’t produce a clear answer, file a written complaint and keep the reference. The Leopards complaint guide walks through the form.

Frequently asked questions

Why does my Leopards CN show no information?

Either the number was copied wrongly or the parcel hasn’t had its first scan yet. Check the number against the slip, then try again after a few hours.

Does Leopards deliver on Sunday?

Only in major cities, and at an extra charge, according to Leopards’ FAQ. Regular deliveries run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

My parcel has been in transit for days. Is it lost?

Not necessarily. Call the helpline with your CN once it’s past the promised delivery time. If Leopards can’t locate it, file a written claim within the deadlines above.

Check for a new scan first
