What a LCS tracking number looks like
Leopards doesn’t publish an official CN format on its website (checked 17 October 2026). Independent guides disagree: one widely read tracking site gives four different lengths for the same number on a single page. So don’t judge a lcs tracking number by its length. Judge it by where it came from. If it’s printed on a Leopards slip or label, or the seller copied it from their Leopards booking, it’s the right number.
Most “invalid number” results come from small slips: a space or dash copied from an SMS, the letter O typed instead of 0 (or I instead of 1), a missing first or last character, or a shop order number pasted in place of the courier CN.

Where to find the CN number

When a new CN starts showing results
Leopards’ merchant FAQ says tracking updates come from scans recorded as the parcel moves. A CN created a few hours ago may show nothing until the parcel gets its first scan at a Leopards facility. If a number still shows nothing a day after the seller says it was handed over, check it against the slip, then see what to do when Leopards tracking isn’t updating.
What the lcs tracking result tells you
According to Leopards’ FAQ, a CN search can show the delivery status, the delivery date and time, who received the parcel, the delivery location, the ship date, the service type, and the weight and number of pieces. If you’ve lost the lcs tracking number
The Leopards tracker works by CN only, and its online complaint form asks for the CN first. Getting the number back from the sender is the quickest fix:
- Receiver: ask the seller or sender to resend it. Online sellers can find it in their Leopards portal in seconds.
- Sender: check your booking SMS or the merchant portal, or ask the Express Center where you booked.
- Neither works: call the Leopards helpline on 021 111 300 786 with the booking date, origin city, and both phone numbers, and ask whether they can trace the shipment.
Frequently asked questions
Is a CN number the same as a tracking ID?
Yes. For Leopards Courier, the CN number, consignment number and tracking ID are the same code.
Can I track a Leopards parcel without the CN number?
Not online. The tracker needs the CN. Ask the sender for it, or call the Leopards helpline with the booking details.
Why does my CN show no record?
Either the parcel hasn’t been scanned yet, or the number was copied wrongly. Check for spaces and O and 0 mix-ups, and make sure it isn’t the shop’s order number.
Where is the tracking number on a Daraz order?
